Nathalie Dawood is a lawyer admitted to List II of the Luxembourg Bar. She graduated from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University with a Master 1 and a Master 2 in International and European Business Law, following a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Strasbourg. Her academic background enabled her to develop a strong international and European legal perspective and confirmed her desire to pursue her career in Luxembourg, a leading jurisdiction at the heart of European and international business law.
Before joining Woud Law, Nathalie gained experience in litigation, which allowed her to develop rigour, analytical precision and a practical approach to complex legal issues. She now applies this experience to her practice in corporate and business law matters, as part of Woud Law’s work in sophisticated capital raising and debt transactions, particularly across sectors such as real estate, energy, space and Web3
