Malluk Gnabro is a Luxembourg-qualified lawyer (Avocat Liste II) focusing on investment funds, private capital, and technology-driven businesses.
Before joining Woud Law, Malluk gained experience within leading international law firms, advising asset managers, sponsors, financial institutions, and investors on a broad range of fund structuring, regulatory, and transactional matters. His practice covers private equity, real estate, venture capital, and private debt funds structuring, as well as fund finance and downstream investment transactions.
Throughout his career, he has advised European, U.S., and Asian asset managers on the structuring and distribution of Luxembourg investment vehicles and has been involved in complex cross-border transactions across the private capital ecosystem.
Alongside his legal practice, Malluk has always maintained a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Over the years, he has launched and contributed to various initiatives ranging from digital platforms and legal technology projects to community-driven organisations. This combination of legal expertise and entrepreneurial curiosity naturally led him towards heavily innovation-focused sectors.
