Flavia SOARE completed her studies with a prestigious Master 2 LLM in European Banking and Financial Law at the University of Luxembourg. Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in December 2025, she practices at Woud Law, a law firm renowned for its exceptional expertise in capital markets law.
